Rita Narain-Mendoza, O.D.
Dr. Narain-Mendoza grew up in the Bay Area. She graduated with honors from the University of California, Berkeley with a Bachelor's degree in Molecular & Cell Biology. She went on to obtain her Doctor of Optometry degree with honors from UC Berkeley's School of Optometry in 2006. She did residencies with UCSF, Travis Air Force Base, and Omni Eye Associates in Atlanta, GA.
Dr Narain-Mendoza performs eye examinations for all age groups. She is licensed at the highest level allowed under California law, with the ability to treat glaucoma, dry eyes, macular degeneration, eye infections, allergies, etc. She specializes in difficult-to-fit contact lenses, including scleral lenses for corneal disorders.
Dr. Narain-Mendoza loves yoga, hiking, and spending time with her two young children.
